I was interviewed by my would-be supervisor for the initial interview. I met with the heads of all of the departments for the second interview. The third interview was a lunch interview with the engineering team. I particularly liked being able to go to lunch with the team that I would be working with, because it gave a better sense of whether or not I'd be a good fit within that team.
