A recruiter calls you sets up an appointment and it is a phone conversation with a lot of questions about your background basically just going over everything on your resume and then they set you up for an interview with the hiring manager I had a phone call with hiring manager but never an in-person meeting but I guess that would have been the next step but nothing else happened and I don't know if there were any openings of the time. A friend who had worked there before had referred me. The hiring manager seem to like me but I think that I was perhaps overqualified for the role
