I have never communicated with more disingenuous individuals than those who work at this company starting from recruiters all the way to hiring managers. It almost seems as if they were handed down a policy to use any means necessary in the hiring process to discriminate and lead on interviewees even when there was no serious consideration in hiring those individuals to begin with. Sometimes they just use these positions to show the government that they could not find any qualified individual, so they need to bring someone from overseas to fill this role or hire someone internally.
