There was 1 technical interview that was in JavaScript, 1 design interview, and 1 behavioural interview. Overall, it was pretty standard. The technical interview was less focused on algorithms and more focused on code review and style.

Very bad for a company like Splunk. It was a front end developer position. After speaking to the hiring manager she was happy I was a full-stack and had knowledge about backend languages like Node and Python specifically. Later had a technical interview and to my shock, all I was asked is HTML and CSS. I felt like a designer and not a developer interview. Offcourse I did not do good. I checked her interviewers LinkedIn and all I could see is HTML and CSS related things. Splunk can do far better.
