Strange at best. The people I interviewed with were very cold and everyone I interviewed with told me work life balance is very difficult at the company and you have to work “start-up” hours. The hiring manager was very defensive when another person I interviewed with told me that the job provides a lot of autonomy and then told me that it wasn’t true.
Also, when I went to the bathroom an employee was crying in the stall next to me. Could have been a personal matter but unclear.
intensive process with multiple stages of interviews. would be faster and more economical with a panel interview. nice people. friendly but suspect role went away after weeks of not hearing anything. not great at feedback and recruiter ghosted me.

nothing challenging. Mostly a conversation around the role and what you would bring to the company.
After the second interview, they said they would get back within the next week. They never messaged back. Other than that very easy interview process but should have the decency to respond.

I had a phone screen and then 4 video interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, the next with a counterpart, the third with a superior, and the last with their boss.

General questions about my background and requests for examples of how I've done similar things to what was in the job description.
Everyone was very nice. Some even telling me they support my candidacy.
They ghosted me.
I had sent thank you notes, and followed up with HR every week or so, and even received confirmation emails that multiple HR team members received my emails.
