Entrevista
Went through 4 interviews all were about 45 minutes each, talked about the background and a few more behavioural questions Nothing super technical, asked what courses I am taking, the people I interviewed with were super nice and I felt like they really cared about my well being and knowledge in what the position would be and how it would be ran.
Thank you for the great review. We strive to provide a great candidate experience, so we're very pleased to see that reflected during your experience at Splunk. Welcome to the Splunk family!

Only did one interview, which they rescheduled 3 times. They changed the manager for the position. And after finally hoping on the call the two people that came to the interview had an horrible attitude, it's like they decided not to hire me before even talking.
They didn't even tell me I was disqualified till a month later, so that's that.
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
First round was a behavioral/conversational interview with the hiring manager about my experience and interests. Second round consisted of a presentation to the new team, 30 minute technical presentation on any topic and involved q and a. Yeah

Talent Sourcer reach out to me on Linkedin asking me if I was interested in the Sales Engineer role. We scheduled a phone call and had a 30 minute chat about my current role, motivations, what reasons led me to consider leaving, salary expectations, etc. I also got to ask a number of questions about the role, to which they happily replied. Overall a very pleasant talk. After 1 week I was emailed that they would move forward with other candidates.
