The interview process was a lot I had to go through four separate interviews and had to prepare regularly and no knowledge about Splunk in order to have a chance they care more about culture than they do about anything else so if you can fit their culture and tell them that you will have an advantage

Into non-conventional interview questions, the most important thing is to be able to articulate yourself in a creative way. Focus on injecting your personal experiences into your answers while relating it back to the core JD.
Phone call, and video with different manager. I had to do a role play with one of the account manager to see if i was capable of doing a discovery call with a potential prospect
