The interview process was smooth and relaxed. The interview was conducted in an atmosphere of maximum openness and transparency. The interviewers were pleasant and responsive throughout the process. At the end of the whole process there was an understanding of what the company was and what its values were, which is rare.

The interview consisted of several calls:
- HR call where I was asked common questions about why I decided to change the company and so on
- Technical call where I was asked to design the system and questions about Python, Infrastructure and technologies that are used in the future team
- Culture fit call

Interview process the interview process consisted of 3 stages: 1) screening 2) technical interview 3) calcher fit
at all stages I received great pleasure from the communication and the form of the meeting; there were interesting questions that I had never thought about in my head and that was very cool. The response after the technical test and the quality fit were very fast. unfortunately, the response after screening was a little delayed.
