It truly was a "getting to know each other" experience. The SpliceMachine team was superb throughout the process. Everyone was warm, transparent about the process and what they were looking for, and genuinely interested in exploring if there was a fit. No crazy questions that have become so cliche in tech interview. I'm disappointed I won't have a chance to work with this incredibly intelligent and grounded group of folks, but grateful for the time they invested in getting to know me.
