At the job fair there are hiring managers for each section of work: customer service, lifeguard, and janitorial. You take a number and then wait until your turn approaches. You should download the application and fill it out before arriving but can fill it out there. Lifeguarding is probably the biggest section in terms of number of employees. The questions were to gauge your personality.
