Recruiter/HR person was out of NY and I was on the west coast applying for a hybrid position in Portland. Was contacted for an interview about a month after applying. Recruiter setup both first and second round interviews and I had to follow up both times to confirm interview times after sending my responses to preferences on dates/times. After second round interview, I received no response and after a few weeks just assumed I had not gotten the job.
