Entrevista
I applied online for a flight attendant position on June 3rd,2016. That same night, i was sent the assessment. It was the hardest assessment i ever had to take in my life.lol It was asking about different shapes & patterns and some math was involved as well. Luckily i'm good at math.lol I waited & waited to hear something back checking my email everyday. & then on 6/21 they finally emailed me back saying i was selected to continue. The next step was to do a one way video interview. I had only done one before when i applied to United Airlines & i totally bombed that so i was more prepared for this one. Dress professionally as if you're in a real interview with your hair tied back (if you have long hair) There were about 5-6 questions. The questions would appear on screen and then i had an unlimited amount of time to think of my answer which was great! But then once you pressed the record button, there was only 30 seconds to answer it and no redos. They were basically situational questions in the workplace. My advice would be to research what it is a flight attendant actually does so you can incoporate that into your answer. I submitted my video interview on 6/23. Then on 7/5 i received an email saying that they wanted to do a skype interview and to pick one of the next 2 days & select a time. I chose the morning of 7/6. There were two women doing the interview. One was currently a flight attendant and the other worked in human resources They requested that i show them my license as well as my passport at the start of the interview. They then explained the job & asked me questions. I made sure to constantly smile and remember their names as well. When they asked me if i had any questions i asked the flight attendant what she thought would be the biggest challenge of an incoming flight attendant. DO NOT SAY YOU DON'T HAVE ANY QUESTIONS! I wanted to show that i was really interested. When they asked why i wanted the job i made sure to stay away from the normal "i want to travel" line. I told them that I would love the responsibility of being the face of the company. Not only providing exceptional customer. Service, but also making sure that the passengers felt completely safe during the whole flight. The very next morning on 7/7 i received a call with the job offer!!! I was so excited i started crying on the phone!lol If you're like me & you've read the review on here, then you know the interview process typically doesn't go like this. You have to fly out to Florida & go through the all the group rounds before getting a f2f. I was so relieved i didn't have to go through that!! They sent me a packet through FedEx yesterday which i completed & shipped back to them today. I start training on 8/4!! They said they will fly me out to Florida & put me in a hotel since i live in another state which is awesome!!! Can't wait to fill up my passport book! Oh & sorry this was so long i just wanted to be thorough.

Hiring event with other hopeful candidates. Day filled with networking, interviewing and just showcasing your personality. There are informational sessions, Q&A sessions, 1-on-1 interviews. It's a full day, come prepared with water and snacks (flats for the ladies if you'll be wearing heels).
I applied over the website. They send out emails. You reply to the email with your availability. They sent me a link to a Zoom call. Asked me personality questions and then we set up another interview in Houston Texas.
he airline’s flight attendant interview process begins with an online application, followed by an assessment day involving group exercises and role-play scenarios.
