I applied online and received a call to schedule an interview 1-2 weeks later. Prior to this interview, I was asked to fill out some paperwork since I did not have an initial interview with HR. The department head, two employees from that department, and I believe someone from HR were in the interview room. They each had a two-page packet with all the questions they were going to ask me. After answering each question they would then write down the answer I gave. After this portion, I was brought to another room for the "written portion." Two weeks after the interview I was asked to fill out another form and one week after that I was offered the position.
