Getting hired is simple. They fly you in for the interview and show you what they do. Training takes months in classes, then months with trainers in the field. You get hired, then they fly you out for class. Relocation from your current residence isn't needed. There are several tests and quizzes during training that an 80% or higher is required to continue. If you don't pass these, they will send you home.

Received an email setting a date for a Teams video call interview. Call took about 20 minutes and covered the job overview, pay and benefits along with travel expectations. A second interview is conducted afterwards if interest in the job is established.
