The first interview was with a Senior Recruiter. She was very pleasant but did not provide much information about the position itself and didn't know anything about the office and benefits in Serbia.
The second interview was with three team members, so it felt more like an interrogation. The HR representative from Serbia had very poor English and came across arrogant.
The Senior Recruiter with whom I had the initial interview was constantly late with feedback and, in the end, never came back to me for outcome, it has been more than a month.
In such situations, a candidate doesn't feel like reaching out to the recruiter to ask why they haven't received feedback because that is their primary responsibility.
I don't understand how she can represent the company as a senior recruiter.
