Interview was by video call with area manager who was lovely, asked some basic questions and then arranged an interview in person with the store manager who was very nice too.

Previous work experience and tell me something about yourself.
Easy interview, worked as a causal for over a year. Only got weekend shifts (3 hours owed shift). Was made to feel guilty when I resigned for a full time job elsewhere.

I completed an online application and was invited to a one-on-one interview with a manager. Overall, it was a casual and easy-going conversation discussing past work experiences, customer service stories, personal interests, etc.
