Initial interview with recruiting, then with DM they ask questions about your work history. Length of employment, desire to grow with company. Touch base on benefits. The recruiter was very nice and helpful. Made me feel comfortable. Did not give any indication as to how I was doing.

Interview process was quick and easy submitted an application online and was quickly contacted to interview with a recruiter from there I interviewed with a store manager . Was called within 5 days for the position.

It was very casual and made me feel comfortable in the company of the interviewer. Traditional interview questions were asked and some small talk was made. It was easy to feel good about the position early on in this stage.
