Applied online through my school, did an initial informal phone interview with the president, came in for an interview with the president and executive vice president. They had me walk through my resume and tell them my strengths and weaknesses at each position. After that came back in for a shadowing session with one of the other employees to see exactly what I would be doing if I got the job.
