It was in a few parts, first a phone interview then in the office for sit down interview and a brief computer test. Then invited back for formal interview and drug test.

This was at a job fair: 1st interview, assessment, 2nd interview, phone call the next day for offer letter. I enjoyed speaking with the interviewers and they asked basic interview questions.

How do you feel about change? In this position, one day the policies could change to the next day.
Applied during a job fair, interview was quick but expected to role play customer interaction. Was told purpose is to gauge how you'd handle more forward customer interactions. Was called back within a week and if accepted starting within upcoming month.

The interview process sucks they had a hiring event and they were very very unprofessional I passed the assessment and sent a resume, had a phone interview and a face to face interview still not good enough but one thing I have learned no one will be ever good enough so look for something else because they are very unreliable for work for someone that is looking for immediate work very misleading. I will never apply again.
