Pretty standard, very conversational. I feel like they were just testing my ability to hold a conversation, ask intelligent questions, and ability to present a certain level of confidence. I already had 10 years in the industry so my skillset wasn't the focal point, moreso my executive presence more than anything else. The product knowledge was already present, I was also already well connected.

I met with the sales manager and it was a straight forward sales interview process. Ensure you are ready to explain your sales process including prospecting route planning and how you close a deal.
3 Steps; Recruiter - Hiring Manager - Hiring Manager's Boss. Recruiter was about 15 minutes, moved me to stage 2. Hiring Manager was in person, about 1 hour, Hiring Manager's boss was virtual (the toughest interviewer)
they asked questions, then more questions. I answered the questions. Then i asked questions I had about the role & company. Rinse & repeat. The wheel of time, etc. Questions were about previous role & my work experience
