I applied through a recruiter. The recruiter liked my skills and experience and set up an interview with the hiring manager.
I had mentioned to the hiring manager that I have had back-to-back interviews today and had lost my voice a little. She didn't seem to care. She was disconnected from the beginning.
She didn't really care about my experience or qualification. I guess she was she got turned off that I had a little bit of stutter due to interviewing all day today. No empathy. Only ego.
Why bother interviewing me if you didn't really care to get to know me?
I guess I dodged a bullet. if she was like this during the interview, I can't imagine the hell it would be working for her.
This is also consistent with all the higher-level position interview reviews mentioned here.
My advice -- if the role is for Charter/Spectrum, don't bother applying.
