Phone Interview was successfully passed a day after applying. I was invited to campus for an interview the next day where I was hired immediately. The process was very short. Charter has a lot of churn, so they typically give you a training schedule after your completed interview. As long as you are conversational and don't make any blunders, the interview is completely painless. Examples of good customer service are important to have for a Charter interview.

Entrevista
Simple, they gave a basic scenario and asked to be walked through how to hook up a cable box. Then asked several what would you do scenarios. They also asked me to explain the difference between a modem and a router as well as describe the benefits of a DVR.

Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted about a week later. I answered about three phone screening questions about subnetting, router manufacterers, types of ip addresses, and command prompt. I was then contacted by email to select an available interview time in the following days. I was contacted 3-4 days after the interview with the offer.

Entrevista
Had a phone interview scheduled, but never received a call. Later received an email stating I was no longer applicable for the position as "[they had] not received responses in [their] attempts to contact [me]" despite no attempts at contact being made. The correct contact info was given.
