Unorganized, i waited an hour before my interview. The CEO and upper management did not speak English very well. The schedule is unstable. Very unprofessional, I recommend finding a better job.

Three managers interviewing an individual for a call center.
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
