Job description was not what was outlined in initial interview. All description of schedule was incorrect once training was completed and no one in management wanted to address or correct the issues of the schedule.

Are you able to view different types of information and categorize to fit the customers needs?
First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
