HR calls and gives an initial interview to see if you have the basic requirements. If they like you, you will receive an email within a couple of weeks to schedule an in person interview. Once they interview you will not hear anything back for months. You can even go to the careers login on your dashboard and view your status which is left in interviewed mode and contact HR and get no response as in what they decided. I would determine it is a huge waste of time.
