I applied for the Fall internship position and even forgotten that I applied to it because I was called a month later. Was not notified of a possible call/screening at all and was unexpectedly woken up before normal working hours to answer to their recruiter. Thought this was very unprofessional as the interviewee had no time to prepare even if this was the pre-screening before in person interviews.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. I applied for the job through the companies website. About a week later I was contacted by an HR rep to schedule an interview with one of the Supervisors on the team. The questions asked in the interview were STAR type questions. Ex: tell me about a time in which you had a conflict with an employee and how did you resolve. The same day of the interview I was asked to provide references. I received an email from HR within a week advising that I was asked back for a second round interview to meet with the Hiring Managers. During this interview they basically asked the same type questions from the previous interview. Within two weeks, HR emailed me and advised that they would like to extend an offer. All of my communications from HR were emailed based.
