It was a very length process. I had a phone call with the HR recruiter, phone call with the hiring manager, and then met in person with the hiring manager, and 3 other higher-ups. The whole thing from initial HR call to starting at Spectrum took about 3 months. However, I need to give a huge shout out to Matt Schaap who was amazing throughout my process. He was patient and gave great feedback.
