Submitted an online application that took forever, then had to complete a "test" what was a simulation of what you would be doing (I guess) in the call center. Then got an email saying they wanted to schedule an interview for the following Tuesday. They did insinuate a "group" interview, but not a JOB FAIR where they would have 75 people interviewing for approximately 10-15 slots. SKETCHY SKETCHY. They had us in two conference rooms where they talked about what the hob would entail, the pay, and the benefits. Their benefits aren't even that good. Then we each got called individually to go with managers (not even sure they were all managers because it seemed like an awful lot of managers) to ask us questions individually. They told us training would be 12-9 for 8 WEEKS. Then, it takes an exponential amount of time to get a raise or even think about moving around the company. They then informed us that you would not know what shift you were being offered until the end of training. They also were conducting interviews in late July and did not plan on starting any training until mid September. Completely unreasonable. Oh, I did not get a call back. I am a college graduate with 4 years of call center experience.
1 interview in-person. Be prepared to talk about handling difficult customer situations and finding the best solutions. Be professional but courteous at the same time or in other words, speak as if you were taking a customer call already.
Quick easy straight to the point. I interviewed with two managers. Everything took about 20 minutes. They focused on SMART interview styles. They had a script and kept it short and sweet

It was very pleasant. My interviewer was very nice. They gave me a tour of the building, They offer a lot of amenities, The call-center itself looked very peaceful. The office itself looks very clean. The interviewer asked me about 8 to 10 questions, Basically scenario type questions.
