Because keeping the customer happy is the main role of a customer service agent, much of the interview was designed to learn if the potential employee had the personality and skills to provide the customer a competent, confident, and an overall attitude that the customer is king. As the first person representing the company they will encounter, it is important to know it will be your job to build positive relationships with them. The questions wee situational mainly and there was some role playing. Overall, the interview was comprehensive and there were many forms to fill out.

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
