Had a phone screener with hiring manager. We discussed experience, job specific experience, and overall responsibilities of role. At the end was asked a technical question. Overall, experience was not too bad and the manager was good. The recruiter did take three weeks to inform me that I was not selected, so that was slightly annoying.
