Just a general phone interview, asked about my background and what I knew about Spectrum. Toward the end, the recruiter told me I was going to meet with the hiring manager next, and even gave me the manager's full name. She explained since she was travelling, she couldn't set the interview up until she returned from her trip. The next day, I received a general rejection email with no explanation. Honestly, the most unprofessional interview I've ever been a part of based on what I was told versus what actually happened.
