Entrevista
After applying I was contacted the following day via email from HR to complete a traits survey. After the survey I spoke briefly to HR via phone as a pre-screen. She then sent me an email to fill out an application and background consent. I also had to provide a writing sample using a scenario given by the recruiter. Once I completed all of that it was forwarded to the hiring manager. He reached out to me the following day to schedule an interview. I interviewed with him 1:1 the next day. He informed me that I would be invited back for the panel interview. The panel interview took place the following week. If you are nervous in interviews this panel can be a little nerve wrecking. For me I had to do it with 4 people via skype. I left believing I did ok as I've read that many feel they bombed the interview and still got the job. Being that the position I was interviewing for was the 2nd highest divisional position I do believe other factors contributed to me possibly not getting the job. Overall it was maybe a blessing in disguise. I do believe they should pay more for what they are asking of this management position. The salary was really low. This was the longest interview process I had ever gone through with all the steps and do think it's very time consuming to ultimately not get an offer. I understand finding the right candidate is key but this should be condensed some.
Thank you for the feedback. We agree the process can be tough and finding the right match for you and for us is critical. Thanks for being patient through the process. We wish you all the best in the future.
