Phone interview with a software engineer. Programming experience questions and one basic technical question. Everyone during the recruiting process was very nice and responsive. It was easy to communicate my ideas.

Whiteboard type question in first 5 minutes with little to no introduction or explanation of position. I emailed with company recruiter for a couple weeks before. I did not proceed to take this type of interview as the position was not of interest - I didn’t hardly know what it was.
