Was asked to go in at 8.30am before the store opened and they bought me a coffee and basically just had a really easy going conversation with me. It hardly felt like an interview at all and was a really nice experience.

Was invited to the managers office where I was interviewed by the manager and store supervisor.
They were polite and properly invested in the interview. Only complaint I had is it took way too long for them to get back to me with the results of the interview. And with how it was handled I have a feeling that they were waiting for a specific person to show up whom they already decided would be hired prior to the interview process.

I applied for the position online and was invited to take part in an initial telephone interview. Following this, attended a face-to-face interview with the hiring team. After a successful interview, I was offered the opportunity to complete a trial shift.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle it?
There were two interviewers in the room who were very kind and friendly, made the whole process feel at ease. Got asked pretty standard interview questions. The whole interview was fairly brief and quick.
