Applied online. I received a phone call the following day requesting for an informal chat/interview. They told me I only short-listed applicants will be contacted, after 2 1/2 weeks I received another call informing me I was short-listed and if I can come for a formal interview the following day.
Brief interview, mainly was asked about previous jobs and why I wanted to work for Specsavers. The atmosphere wasn't tense, so I felt comfortable instead of on edge as I usually did with the interviews.

Was invited to the managers office where I was interviewed by the manager and store supervisor.
They were polite and properly invested in the interview. Only complaint I had is it took way too long for them to get back to me with the results of the interview. And with how it was handled I have a feeling that they were waiting for a specific person to show up whom they already decided would be hired prior to the interview process.

I applied for the position online and was invited to take part in an initial telephone interview. Following this, attended a face-to-face interview with the hiring team. After a successful interview, I was offered the opportunity to complete a trial shift.
