Brief interview, mainly was asked about previous jobs and why I wanted to work for Specsavers. The atmosphere wasn't tense, so I felt comfortable instead of on edge as I usually did with the interviews.

It was easy, and the environment felt very relaxed. The entire process was good, and the communication was great leading up to my interview. During the interview, I was made to feel comfortable and spoke about my interests and why I was choosing Specsavers.

Was invited to the managers office where I was interviewed by the manager and store supervisor.
They were polite and properly invested in the interview. Only complaint I had is it took way too long for them to get back to me with the results of the interview. And with how it was handled I have a feeling that they were waiting for a specific person to show up whom they already decided would be hired prior to the interview process.

I applied for the position online and was invited to take part in an initial telephone interview. Following this, attended a face-to-face interview with the hiring team. After a successful interview, I was offered the opportunity to complete a trial shift.
