The process was long and lacked transparency. 1. HR interview didn’t clarify salary, perks, or contract type even when asked. 2. 1-hour technical interview with iOS developer. 3. On-site interviews: 1 hour with the CTO and 1.5-hour technical interview, scheduled back-to-back with no breaks. After all this, HR informed me they wouldn’t proceed due to my SwiftUI knowledge — even though no SwiftUI skills were assessed. Later, they changed the reason to a “different profile alignment.” Overall, communication was inconsistent, and expectations were unclear from the start. I would suggest, don’t waste your time.
