I sent my CV to a friend who works at the company, but I didn't apply for a specific job. After some emails and a language and CRM assessment , I had a skype interview including a language and skills test. First I had a general interview with someone from HR, then the language and skill test with one of the employees, and then a conversation with one of the managers. They were all very friendly and professional and created a very relaxed interview atmosphere.
