Intimidating, slightly concerning, I felt slightly threatened, during the interview he/she got me to turn around and look at a t.v. they had mounted to their office wall where he/she admitted that at timesthey would sit there and watch their employees, insuring that his/her employees are doing their jobs at all times. Which is understanding in the fact that you want to make sure that your employees are doing their jobs.
