I had a telephone call, a couple of tests (including a Python coding test), then an interview. I did not make it any further. In a feedback call after the interview, I was met with a woman who was very rude in her tone and accused me of not being interested in Python because of a comment relating to having experience in Python and that I would be relearning it (paraphrased). In hindsight, I should have framed it in a better way but the way it was taken from context was out of line. Regardless, I have had constructive feedback after interviews from other companies and none of them felt rude in any way unlike at Sparta Global. She also asserted that I needed to be "grateful" for her feedback because most companies don't give feedback.

Phone interview and python test. Basic questions about why you want the job and entry level coding questions and challenge on fixing an algorithm. Overall very smooth and friendly and suspect that the pass for the coding challenge wasn't too high.
