I applied from their career site. Then automated mail received for 15 minute Reasoning assessment test (50 questions and 15min time). After completing Reasoning assessment, I received another email for Technical assessment (45 min for 28 questions). After completing Technical assessment, I received Real work challenge which required to record video and submit in 3 hours time.
After completing all 3 steps, I received an email that due to high no of applications, my application is in backlog. Haven't received an update after this.

Reasoning assessment, Technical assessment test and Real work challenge
A couple of quizzes, you should be ready and already have some knowledge to take them. Make sure you have a goodnight's sleep and don't drink a lot of coffee so you can focus during the quizzes
Asks to take too many tests, you always get to final and then they send an email saying “not moving forward with your application”. Such waste of your time and efforts.
