This was a very long process. It was definitely the longest interview process I've gone through. The interview stages were: -chat with recruiter -interview with potential tech manager -interview with 2 engineers -take home project (node) -interview with 3 engineers and a PM -short chat with VP of engineering The interviews focused on how you work in a team and your technical knowledge on projects you've worked on. There were no leetcode style questions.

I applied online and received a message for an initial phone screen from an HR coordinator to schedule a phone call. The HR coordinator's availability was not included in the original message so I responded quickly asking her to send along some dates and times she was available to connect, but I didn't hear back for 5 days. We finally scheduled a phone call, but she never showed up. I sent multiple follow-up messages asking to reschedule and proposing alternate times, but I still haven't heard back. The unprofessionalism shown by SparkPost during this process has been horrendous and I recommend that anyone considering working here to explore other opportunities on this fact along.
