Plus, some questions I believe to see my fit in the team. 3. Assignment: It was an easy backend project. They give you a backend code and ask you to complete it. 4. Pair programming: You do some enhancements on the project that you did in the previous step with the developers. 5. PM interview: General talk about what I expect from the company and what they expect from me, followed by an offer.
