Spark Home Health had a very thorough interview process. First one of the lead OT's called me and we chatted for a while. Then I had a virtual interview with 3 other management team members. Then I met again with the CEO and we discussed compensation and benefits. I also was able to shadow another therapist and ask her more questions. After all of that I was sent an offer letter. It was a well-though out process.
