Started with standard SpaceX recruiter call, followed by 2 separate calls with hiring manager and his boss. Technical and behavioral questions, mostly probing your experience and how/why you did what you did in your past role. Overall, a very good and streamlined process (except for a month of radio silence probably cuz of holidays) and kudos to the recruiter for being proactive, responsive, and on-top of things! I was bummed that my application did not advance, but I appreciate the recruiter for sending a more "personalized" email to notify me of the company's decision rather than a auto-generated message.
