I was reached out to by a recruiter. Had an initial phone call with the recruiter gauging interest which was followed by a phone screen also with the recruiter. Then had a technical interview with hiring manager. Interviewer was late to 2/3 interviews, was only more than 10 minutes one time.

Describe a project you worked on in a professional environment, and go over problems/shortcomings you saw, as well as provide (ideally numeric) results/achievments made.
Technical questions were asked during preliminary first call with recruiter, despite not being mentioned during email. Took a few days to receive a response. Did not get past first stage of interview.
