The interview process was okay. Not too hard. Interview had 3 members on panel. They seemed like they were interested in hiring me but in the end I was not sure if I did not get the job based on the interview or the HR department's poor handling of candidates. I had similar experience of other candidates from reading responses on GlassDoor. Poor communication. Overall negative experience was due to HR department. That comes down to poor leadership in my opinion. Company did not follow-up and was not sure if I got a job offer or not. They were unreachable for some time and unable to tell me status of my interview. Finally, I was able to find out results but the end process felt like they were incompetent and the HR department didn't know what they were doing.

Quick, if they want to hire you, they will do it in the interview or same day. They will offer less than you expect. You should counter every time and ask to see the offer and job description in writing to review before accepting verbally

Standard HR interview about background and skills. I got the impression that my many years of experience was an issue, not an asset (i.e. they don't like folks over 30). They never got back to me, even after I tried to find out the status of my application. Obviously they don't respect potential employees, so likely treat their hires the same or worse.
