Review the fundamentals/concepts/trades in Mechanics, Fluids, Thermo, Manufacturing, Component-Level Development, GD&T, and CAD for ALL interviews! The technical presentation needs to demonstrate the ability to demonstrate component-level development - avoid spending too much time in high-level PM or system stuff.

Had a 30 min recruiter phone call with a technical recruiter, Asked some technical question that were relatively simple. Asked if you were to present a project which one would it be, Disagreed with my choice and recommended one. Second round was another 30 min phone interview but with an actual engineer on the team. Proceeded to ask me 15 technical questions and 1 behavioral, All relatively simple since they were basic structures beam analysis and failure stuff. 3rd round was 1 hour phone call with the lead structures engineer. Went over my portfolio and all of my projects on there, Asked some questions during my speil of my projects and thought it went well but they sent me an automated rejection the next day.
