5 total interviews: 4 phone calls and 1 in-person presentation in front of the engineering team. The first three phone calls were positive and I enjoyed the people I spoke with. The last phone call was negative. The interviewer forgot she had already interviewed me and was unprepared for the interview. Phone calls overall were very fast paced and interviewers seemed to be in a rush. The in-person presentation was difficult to schedule. They told me I needed to do it within two weeks even after I had mentioned I was currently starting finals week and a trip planned after finals week. I presented on my finals week and brought samples of my own work to show all for the engineering team to be late to my interview and not even introduce themselves to me. Engineering team was very condescending. After my 30 minute presentation they put me in a room and said the team would come to a decision. 5 minutes later the recruiter told me they would not be moving forward with me. This was particularly frustrating as I was promised in my scheduling email that I would have 1-on1's with each member of the engineering team and I wasn't even given that after I had driven an hour to the site for the interview. Team was not very understanding of by amateur student project experience and did not seem to understand time, money, and deadline constraints. They had also told me to bring copies of my resume which when I offered the team they said they already had it in an email.

Phone screen with recruiter followed by two phone calls with engineers and then an on-site interview where you present a presentation on a topic of your choice. Also other technical interviews on site as well.
Got reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Setting up an interview time was easy. The first interview screening was basically describing your past experiences. The second interview is technical. Whole process took a week.
Technical interview, pretty simple beam questions. Interview with lead engineer was about different machining/bonding techniques. Not a bad process. The recruiter was pretty responsive. Did not get another interview after interview with lead.
