I had an initial phone screening with the recruiter. An email was sent to me to be prepared to discuss my background and skills pertaining to the role. The recruiter did only asked me one question pertaining to the imminent space X launch my skills background was never discussed even r when I asked questions for the role. Terrible recruiter lied initially about calling me even after I emailed to make sure I had the time correct then abruptly said he called to no answer. Horrible process would not recommend talented engineers to join this company.

Entrevista
1 call with hiring manager, followed by 1 call with the engineering lead. Hiring manager interview was non technical and mostly administrative. In the second interview I was asked to discuss one of my projects and questions were asked as to why I made certain choices. Followed by a discussion on developing inspection and test parameters for various materials.

Smooth and easy. Can be a little intimidating they asked for gpa even if you graduated long time ago. Overall wasn’t too bad if you come prepared and research the company.

Describe how your previous experience pertains to the job
Only made it to first interview. Was asked to describe in detail my research experience, but was continuously told to speed up. Despite this being an entry position, he wasn't impressed that I had no production experience and it ended there.
